Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring best-fit candidates for multiple roles within the organisation. The HR Recruiter will also be managing job postings, conducting background checks, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

0-2 Years of experience in Talens Acquisition is a must

Sourcing and attracting candidates, recruiting, interviewing

Managing job postings and conducting background checks

Coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring seamless onboarding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in HR recruitment practices is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
