Key Responsibilities :
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Post job across job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment data using MS Excel and applicant tracking systems.
- Generate daily / weekly recruitment status reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred Skills :
Experience with ATS or recruitment CRM tools.Exposure to mass hiring or campus recruitment will be an added advantage.Skills Required
