Luxury Fashion Digital Strategist

Job descriptionAnalyze Instagram Insights data to track performance metrics, retention graphs, follower vs non-follower engagement, hook drop-off %, and identify effective strategies. Suggest optimizations to enhance retention and virality across Reels by refining creative packaging, scripting of content hooks, captions, and formats. Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments in India / UAE relevant to luxury audiences for growth guidance and recommendations. Proven experience working with creators or brands in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle. Ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into actionable creative ideas. Understanding of the Indian and / or UAE luxury consumer mindset. Experience in scaling accounts with viral content (100K–1M views). Proficiency in short-form storytelling (hooks, scripts, key words, trending audios and captions).
