Senior Technical Consultant (USSD & SMSC)

Summary : Position Details :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Policy & Network Management team. This role is responsible for implementing client solutions supporting SMSC USSD SCP4G PCRF 5G PCF and ensuring high-quality product launches configuration changes and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise conduct solution acceptance testing and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement client solutions through product launches configuration changes and data modifications.
• Provide technical support for CSGs network-based solutions (SMSC USSD SCP and PCRF ).
• Develop and Design USSD Menu with as per customer expectation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct solution acceptance testing and handover to ensure smooth client integration.
• Create and maintain customer documentation for configurations troubleshooting and best practices.
• Deliver customer training on system functionality and troubleshooting procedures.
• Act as the escalation point for critical technical issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical processes and system improvements.
• Generate internal and customer reports / metrics to track performance and identify trends.
