Podcast Producer

LeverageX Media produces content IPs across podcasts, YouTube, and Instagram. We're hiring a full-time Creative Producer based in Andheri West, Mumbai, to independently handle podcast production end-to-end from concept to distribution.

What you'll do :

• Own content production end-to-end. Take a content idea and turn it into a full-fledged show across YouTube, podcasts, or short-form formats.
• Manage pre-production. Script outlines, plan shoots, finalize budgets, book crew / talent, and coordinate logistics.
• Run the show on shoot day. Direct on set, manage talent, troubleshoot, and ensure the shoot runs smoothly and stays on brief.
• Oversee post-production. Work closely with editors to structure episodes, give feedback on cuts, and finalize deliverables.
• Leaddistribution. Upload and publish content across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram), optimizing titles, thumbnails, and metadata.
• Track performance. Monitor viewership, retention, and audience insights to improve future content.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams. Align on creative vision, timelines, and success metrics.
