About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Conference Producer to manage high-impact marketing and advertising IPs across conferences, webinars, round tables, and awards. You will own the entire event lifecycle—from concept to execution—working closely with senior leaders, industry experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, curate, and execute events end-to-end, including agenda creation, concept notes, and speaker lists.
- Collaborate with senior industry leaders to secure speakers, jury members, and strategic partners.
- Develop event themes, topics, and content through research and industry interaction.
- Drive delegate acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Oversee creative direction for various platforms and manage social media strategy.
- Coordinate partnerships, media tie-ups, and event publicity.
- Manage event flow, emcee scripts, A / V production, and post-event updates.
- Work closely with tech, editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
