ESRE apps Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced  ESRE Apps Engineer  with a strong background in  troubleshooting, monitoring, and production support  for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in  log analysis (OpenSearch), APM tools (AppDynamics), UI debugging, and issue triaging  . Experience in  front-end UI / UX development  and a good understanding of  backend services  will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize  log analysis tools (OpenSearch)  and  Application Performance Management (APM) tools (AppDynamics)  for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Use  developer tools and browser plug-ins  to troubleshoot UI-related issues effectively.
• Analyze  functional and technical KPIs  , and build  visualizations and dashboards  for performance monitoring.
• Handle  full-cycle production support  , including  issue triage, incident management, and problem resolution  .
• Lead a technical team in resolving critical production issues and ensuring system stability.
• Organize and track multiple issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Replicate, test, and debug reported issues using  advanced problem-solving skills  .
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
