About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the hiring and management of contract labourers across various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract staffing, vendor coordination, compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract labourers, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment.

Coordinate with project heads and site supervisors to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.

Handle third-party vendors and maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with labour laws , statutory norms, and company policies.

Maintain an updated database of all contract workers , attendance, and wage records.
