Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the pharma, biotech, and medical device industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, CRM follow-ups, and industry events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CosmoTrace’s solutions — Track & Trace consulting, SaaS compliance tools, validation services, and integration offerings.
  • Engage and nurture leads through discovery calls, understanding their serialization and compliance challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert qualified opportunities into active sales pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead activities within the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Support proposal preparation and RFP responses for target accounts.
  • Stay informed about emerging regulations, serialization trends, and Life Sciences supply chain innovations.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare SaaS environments is essential.
  • Familiarity with serialization, Track & Trace, regulatory compliance (e.g., EMVO, DSCSA, Tatmeen, ANVISA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consulting and SaaS-based solution selling.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and CRM management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers confidently.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM / automation tools.
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS sales cycles and working with pharma technology vendors or system integrators.
