Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Software Team Lead to drive the development and delivery of key technology modules across our EV, solar, and energy platform stack. This is a builder's role, ideal for someone who can write clean code, lead developers, and deliver working software fast. You'll be expected to manage a small team, guide architecture decisions, and work closely with the founder and tech architect to align product and platform execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 developers across full-stack projects.
Own the development lifecycle from planning to release.
Ensure high code quality through reviews, modular design, and testing.
Collaborate with UI / UX, product, and ops teams to scope and prioritize.
Track and unblock developer progress with clarity and accountability.
Take an active part in writing and reviewing core logic (React, Node, APIs).

Requirements

4+ years of strong full-stack experience (React + Node.js ).

Team or module leadership in at least 1 past role.

Clear grasp of Git workflows, task breakdown, and agile development.

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

Ability to manage delivery without micromanagement.

Prior experience in building internal tools or ops dashboards.

Knowledge of infrastructure (AWS, Docker) or devops pipelines.

Experience working with business / ops teams in energy, mobility, or logistics sectors.
