Job Overview :   We’re hiring a  performance marketing consultant  to partner with high-potential D2C / e-commerce brands. You'll own end-to-end growth strategies, scaling paid campaigns profitably while optimizing CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. If you thrive on data, rapid experimentation, and driving explosive growth — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop & execute high-impact growth strategies across Meta / Google.
• Drive business growth strategies, product-level strategies, and retention marketing.
• Optimize KPIs—CAC, LTV, ROAS, and repeat rates—through relentless testing and scaling.
• Scale paid acquisition profitably.
• Maximize customer lifetime value.
