Key Responsibilities
- Assisting classroom teaching and academic administration.
- Assisting faculty members in academic and research projects.
- Conducting literature reviews, data collection, and data analysis using relevant methodologies.
- Contributing to the preparation of research papers, presentations, and reports.
- Support faculty in developing course materials and class presentations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned research deliverables with high quality.
- Assistance in accreditation and other research work.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline (required).A minimum of NET / SET (as per UGC / AICTE norms) is desirable.Prior research experience or published work will be an advantage.Sound understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing.Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, R, or similar analytical software preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.Key Skills
