Hiring for Associate Project Manager / Project Manager – Quantitative Research

Location : Remote, Permanent | Work Hours : US / EST Time Zone

We are seeking open positions for the role of Associate Project Managers and Project Managers with 0-2 years of experience in online market research to join our growing team at Conclave Market Research Pvt Ltd . This full-time remote role is ideal for professionals with 0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management for online quantitative research studies—from kick-off to delivery.
  • Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays.
  • Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility.
  • Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes.
  • Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

✅ Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.
  • Fair understanding of research methodologies, online sampling, and panel management tools (API / DIY platforms) would be an add on.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data accurately and provide insights in client-facing discussions.
  • Willingness to work in US (EST-PST) time zone.
