Associate General Manager, Luxury Property Finishes (Bangalore, India)

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead finishing and interior fit-out works for high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is a senior leadership role focused on quality delivery, cost optimization, and client satisfaction, with responsibility for managing projects from design through to handover.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering luxury real estate projects, driving innovation in materials and execution methods, and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee finishing and fit-out activities from pre-construction to completion.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, design standards, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain cost and schedule discipline.
• Partner with procurement teams to introduce innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable materials.
• Represent the company in client and consultant meetings, ensuring strong relationship management.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill project teams, site staff, and vendor partners.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
