Description
We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to connect with top talent in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job fairs, and other recruitment tools.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to fill open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, cybersecurity, and data analysis.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Skills Required
