To Review tender documents and provide comments to the Client
Reviewing contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both internal policies and external legal requirements.
Identifying and addressing potential risks and liabilities in contracts.
To Shortlist contractors based on qualification, past experience and financial standing, conducting joint meeting with short listed contractors and the client for final selection by the client.
To Prepare tender document for various works packages required for execution of works
To Prepare tender – technical analysis report and give recommendation
Extenstion of time,claim management
To Review Bill of Quantities and work orders
To Review bank guarantees in draft from contractors and issue comments for corrections, if any.
To Conduct meeting with all contractors on a monthly basis for review of labour compliance documents with the assistance from labour consultant appointed by client
To Prepare potential variation order log and advise client beforehand
To Review and issuing final bill certificate with no due certificate along with QS
To Prepare monthly reports on contracts and billing
To Attend weekly meetings with contractors and client
Issue letters to contractors on non-conformance and contractual related issues
To Advise Client on contractual obligations and terms conditions while settling Claims of contractor
Candidates only from Construction project (preferably from Hyderabad) only apply with 11+ yrs experience (Civil Engg Qualification)
