Product Training Specialist

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in product training, learning and development, or similar roles. Strong ability to explain technical or complex product features simply and engagingly. Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills for diverse audiences. Opportunity to build and scale our training programs from the ground up. Creative ownership to shape onboarding and adoption experiences. This Product Training Lead will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, clients, and partners.
Responsibilities include :
- Conducting training needs assessments for sales, support, and customers.
- Developing training roadmaps and programs aligned with product launches and releases.
- Designing content : slide decks, video tutorials, FAQs, quick-reference guides.
