Core ResponsibilitiesProject Planning : Develop comprehensive plans, create detailed project schedules, and define project scope and vision with the client. Budget Management : Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, track spending, and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to define objectives, allocate resources, and maintain communication. Procurement : Manage the ordering and delivery of necessary materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for the project. On-Site Oversight : Coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics, delegating tasks to various contractors and subcontractors and ensuring work quality. Quality and Safety : Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the construction process. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks, handle change orders, and resolve on-site issues to prevent budget and time delays.
