We are seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Manager for our Property & Casualty (P&C) Back Office operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international insurance or mortgage processes and a proven track record of managing complex operations and leading teams. This role requires strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and a knack for analytical thinking.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee back-office operations, specializing in Property & Casualty, insurance, or mortgage processes.
- Manage and optimize complex operational workflows.
- Apply strong analytical and logical processes to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.
- Make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Guide and mentor team members, with a focus on operational excellence.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience :Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in international operations.At least 2 years of on-paper experience as a Deputy Manager or Operations Manager .Must have experience in P&C, insurance, or mortgage domains, or have managed complex processes.Skills :Excellent communication skills are mandatory.Proven decision-making skills .Experience in handling complex processes .Strong understanding of analytical and logical processes .Education : A graduate degree is required.Additional Information
