Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. The position is on-site and located in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and public relations strategies, conducting market research, managing communications with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves collaborating with team members to effectively promote Raiqa Labs' services and enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Market Research and Sales

Proficient in developing and executing Marketing Strategies

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Create stories, prompts, AI images, and videos fast and easily

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Previous experience in a marketing or PR role is advantageous

What We’re Looking For

Experience :

1–2 years in marketing, communications, or PR (agency or brand side).

Your toolkit :

Social media management, content writing, press releases, campaign planning. Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer collaborations, media outreach, or AI-driven tools.

Skills that matter :

Storytelling that hooks, copy that converts, campaigns that get noticed.

A knack for strategy with the hustle to execute fast.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to pitch, present, and persuade.
