The Job
Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Create and manage engaging content (posts, articles, videos, and infographics) tailored to LinkedIn audiences.Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn page and executives’ personal LinkedIn profiles (if applicable).Optimize LinkedIn campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, etc.) and monitor performance metrics.The Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales outreach, specifically via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn platform functionalities, including prospecting, InMail, and messaging strategies.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Having hands- on experience in Workflow Automation and AI tools.Ability to write professional, personalized, and engaging outreach messages.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.Ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The Employer
