Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will assist learners in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. This role demands strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals on suitable courses, career options, and admission processes.
- Handle outbound calls, emails, and convert potential leads into successful admissions.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Provide complete information regarding eligibility, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM / Excel.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Work closely with international clients, particularly in the UK and US , for course and university coordination.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Good organizational and follow-up skills.Comfortable with phone calls, video counselling, and presentations.Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Qualifications
