Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Admissions Counsellor for full-time, on-site positions in New Delhi. The Counsellor will provide career guidance, admissions counseling, and application support for students aspiring to study in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents.
• Analyze student academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs.
• Develop personalized counseling strategies and roadmaps for admissions.
• Guide students through the entire application lifecycle – from profile building, SOPs, and essays to application submissions and visa guidance.
• Support students in test preparation (GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo) by aligning study plans with university requirements.
• Stay updated on admissions trends, scholarships, and visa processes for USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
• Build and maintain strong student relationships to ensure consistent support throughout their journey.
