AR Caller - Fresher

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in the US Healthcare industry as an AR Caller . The role involves interacting with insurance companies in the United States to resolve claims, verify payment status, and ensure timely revenue collection for healthcare providers. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or pending medical claims.
• Understand claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
• Review and analyze outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Document all call details and update the system accurately.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Meet daily / weekly / monthly productivity and quality targets.
