As a Manager International Buyer Facilitation, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth buyer transactions, assisting with queries, and providing a seamless experience on the platform.

You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, guiding them through the procurement process and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities :

Buyer Support & Query Resolution :

• Own the buyer experience end-to-end by anticipating needs and proactively resolving concerns.
• Serve as a brand ambassador of Tradologie.com, ensuring a positive perception among global buyers.
• Regularly update self on industry trends, competitor platforms, and international trade regulations.
• Assist buyers in navigating Tradologie.coms platform for bulk procurement.
• Address and resolve buyer queries related to order placement, pricing, product specifications, and delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance buyer satisfaction.
