Senior Instructional Designer

We ate Teleperformance are hiring for Senior Content Developer / Instructional Designer.

Responsibilities :

We are looking for someone who has :

• Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
• Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
