Job description

Role Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee operational, financial, and workforce management for Professional Coding
  • Review performance and provide strategic direction to improve service delivery
  • Manage operations to meet client SLAs, including business continuity and recovery plans
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO standards, and company policies

Key Deliverables :

  • Achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction through improved processes
  • Successfully manage P&L and meet Gross / Net Margin goals
  • Create and maintain a Center of Excellence in key operational areas
  • Build effective teams and foster a healthy work environment for career growth
