Experience : 19- 25 years

Qualification : MBA or B.E

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing operations for raw materials and related requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Lead price negotiations, contract management, and long-term supplier agreements.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize cost efficiency and mitigate supply risks.
• Oversee import and export activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and international trade norms.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality, and finance to align purchase activities with business needs.
• Establish strong vendor relationships and continuously drive improvements in cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals to achieve set goals and targets.
