Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to technology and fintech hiring . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for various tech and fintech roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database , and other innovative channels.
• Evaluate candidates’ technical skills through screening calls and coordinate with hiring managers for technical evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to understand job requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company standards and timelines.
• Provide timely updates and manage expectations of internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
