Senior Recruiter | Fast-Growing PropTech Startup the Role :
Were hiring a Senior Recruiter for a rapidly scaling, founder-led PropTech startup with recent Series A funding , on a mission to make home buying and selling joyful, transparent, and tech-driven.
Youll partner directly with the founders and business heads to build the companys next phase of growth-hiring across technical and non-technical roles while establishing best in class recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions - from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand business priorities and hiring needs.
- Build scalable sourcing strategies (direct sourcing + agency partnerships).
- Drive hiring for leadership, product, and business roles in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification Required :
Minimum 4 years of experience in in-house or agency recruitment for product-led or startup environments.Proven track record in hiring across leadership and junior rolesData-driven mindset, strong ownership, and bias for action.Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving setup.(ref : iimjobs.com)
