We’re looking for a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer (12+ years) with strong backend skills in Java (J2EE, Spring Boot Microservices) and working knowledge of ReactJS .

What You’ll Do :

Build, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance across products.

Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams for innovative solutions.

Mentor engineers, drive code quality, and foster continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

Practical experience with ReactJS.

Strong debugging and system design skills; Agile mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have : AWS, LAMP stack, or EdTech experience.
