Manager - Human Resource (Talent Acquisition)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Human Resource (Talent Acquisition) at Amity University, located in Noida. The Manager - Human Resource (Talent Acquisition) will be responsible for managing and leading the talent acquisition process, identifying and recruiting top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with departmental heads to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs. Additionally, the manager will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. The role also involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, employer branding, and optimizing the hiring process for better efficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in employer branding and developing recruitment strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
