About the job :

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – General Trade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Drive primary and secondary sales objectives, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets.
• Execute monthly business plans, aligning goals across distributors and sales teams.
• Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion, and market penetration.
• Acquire, build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization.
• Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs, while continuously improving distribution effectiveness.
