Key Drivers :
- Lead & Manage full life cycle of the hiring process, including interview and offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing positions across multiple metro / semi-metro and Tier 1 locations in South Zone.
- Use psychometric tools for improving the quality of hire.
- Create recruitment strategies executing tactical sourcing techniques and hiring campaigns for Employer Branding across various platforms -Naukri, ,Social Media platforms,Job Fairs etc.
- Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals to feed talent pipelines for open positions across multiple functions.
- Use campus hiring from hospitality institutes including bulk hiring.
- Create recruitment dashboards periodically for monitoring open position,cost of hiring etc at various locations
- Stakeholder and Cross-function management
Incumbent Profile :
Experienced Recruitment Manager with high voltage hiring capability of leading multi-location hiring including niche and bulk hiring.Capability to relate with Operations,Sales and Management.Hospitality / QSR exposure is preferred.ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 15-18LPA
