Regional Recruitment Lead : South ( Multiplex Chain) [High Salary]

CLIENT : Leading premium entertainment provider with multiple locations covering all 5 states of South Zone.

Key Drivers :

• Lead & Manage full life cycle of the hiring process, including interview and offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing positions across multiple metro / semi-metro and Tier 1 locations in South Zone.
• Use psychometric tools for improving the quality of hire.
• Create recruitment strategies executing tactical sourcing techniques and hiring campaigns for Employer Branding across various platforms -Naukri, ,Social Media platforms,Job Fairs etc.
• Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals to feed talent pipelines for open positions across multiple functions.
• Use campus hiring from hospitality institutes including bulk hiring.
• Create recruitment dashboards periodically for monitoring open position,cost of hiring etc at various locations
• Stakeholder and Cross-function management

Incumbent Profile :

ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 15-18LPA
