Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics GP & Microsoft Dynamics Suite

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and exposure to other Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in MS SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft technologies for UI and integration development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules as needed.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.
• Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.
• Work with tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.
• Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
