▷ (High Salary) Sr. Manager / Head Pharmacy

Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee hospital pharmacy operations to ensure safe, timely, and compliant medication dispensing.

Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, NABH / NABL accreditation standards, and hospital policies.

Control pharmacy inventory, coordinate procurement, and optimize stock levels.

Prepare and manage pharmacy budget, focusing on cost control and resource optimization.

Collaborate with clinical teams for medication management and patient safety initiatives.

Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures for pharmacy services.

Monitor pharmacy KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.

Participate in hospital quality committees and accreditation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree with registration from the Pharmacy Council of India.

Minimum 10 years experience in hospital pharmacy operations, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Experience working in 200+ bed multispecialty hospitals preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
