About the Role We’re on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Manager who’s not just great at execution — but lives and breathes marketing strategy.

Someone who can look beyond dashboards, identify product gaps, and craft campaigns that connect with the right audience in the right way.

What You’ll Be Doing Manage & optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

Drive performance and visibility across Marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart.

Analyze data to understand trends, improve targeting, and scale ROI.

Build marketing strategies that combine creativity, data, and storytelling.

Collaborate with internal teams to amplify brand reach and growth.

Who You Are 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing & marketplace management.

Strong understanding of customer journey and digital ad ecosystems.

A mix of data-driven mindset and creative thinking.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Ready to take ownership from Day 1.
