We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day HR operations across various functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-managerial and entry-level positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
2. HR Operations & Administration
Manage employee data and maintain accurate, up-to-date HR records and files (both physical and digital).Process all employee lifecycle documentation (appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, separation documents).Assist in the administration of employee benefits and claims.Vas knowledge of payroll processing3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and routine matters.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and recognition programs.Knowledge of ESIC, EPF, BONUS, GRADUATY, TDS, and other legislative compliances.Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and company policies.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.Assist in the annual and mid-year performance appraisal processes.Qualifications and Skills
Must-Haves
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.Knowledge : Solid understanding of core HR principles, practices, and labor legislation.Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with an HRIS / HRMS platform.Preferred Attributes
