About the Role : We are looking for a HR Executive who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating with stakeholders, and has an eye for great talent — we’d love to connect!
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft attractive job descriptions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality
- Assist in HR Activities for employee engagement, employee issue resolution
