Account Executive - Experience 2 / 4 Yrs

Job Summary :

The Senior / Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, handling statutory compliance, and supporting audits. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a sound understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.

Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Handle accounts payable / receivable and ensure timely payments / collections.

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit processes.

Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Prepare MIS reports as required by management.

Monitor and control company expenses and cost allocations.

Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory bodies as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Sound knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho, SAP, etc.)

Strong understanding of Indian taxation – GST, TDS, Income Tax

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Language :

• English (Preferred)
