About the AI Platforms and Services (AIPS) Team :
- Functions as an internal service provider delivering advanced AI solutions and infrastructure.
- Collaborates with business units and data science teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI product projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.Oversee the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket queue for AIPS products, triaging and resolving user issues or escalating appropriately.Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and support solution design and implementation.Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.Create and maintain project documentation including plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders to align on project objectives.Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in analytics or AI-related projects.Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service ticket management systems.Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Skills Required
