Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Identify and attract passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
- Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify top talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS / CRM) with accurate information.
- Screening & Outreach : Conduct initial outreach, engage with potential candidates, and assess their interest and qualifications.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding : Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality talent through networking and engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist , Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in recruitment.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment databases.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with technical and non-technical hiring is a plus.Skills Required
