We're Hiring! – Centre Experience Head- Training and Placement

Location : Pune, Baner

CTC : 5 – 7 LPA

Availability : 6 days a week

What You'll Be Doing :

Manage assigned batches, track student performance, and coordinate with instructors.

Drive enrolled students placement journey.

Liaise with Central Placement Teams to update center placement status.

Conduct / support non-teaching sessions like Soft Skills, Resume, GitHub, and Generative AI etc.

Maintain batch and classroom calendars, collect feedback, and ensure smooth offline center operations.

Create SOPs to streamline reporting and feedback processes.

Support post-placement visibility and Placement activities in coordination with the Center Experience team.

What We're Looking For :

1.5+ years of experience in operations, academic coordination, or customer-facing roles

Strong communication and coordination skills

Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

Solid aptitude and logical reasoning ability

Comfortable with high-volume student calling and daily engagement

Prior EdTech experience is a strong plus

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
