This is an analytical & execution-driven role where you'll be at the centre of how our digital campaigns run. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid media campaigns, managing large ad budgets, and directly contributing to the company's growth and P&L.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage significant monthly budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROI and positive contribution to P&L.
- Define performance goals, track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA), and continuously drive campaign improvements.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Google Sheets, Looker Studio) to monitor performance and extract actionable insights.
- Test new campaign formats, audiences, and creative strategies to discover scalable growth levers.
- Work with agencies or internal specialists to ensure best practices in ad buying, attribution, and tracking.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance reviews and optimization plans to management.
Role Requirement :
3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads.Experience of working for D2C or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.Proven experience handling large ad spends (₹70L+ per month).Technical Skills : Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.Analytical Strength : Deep understanding of performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV).Strategic Thinking : Ability to align paid campaigns with business goals, seasonal plans, and product performance.Experience working with creative teams to test and evaluate ad visuals, copies, and hooks.Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of business outcomes.Skills Required
