Job description

Job Opening : Interoperability Manager (Sr. SME) in Qatar Government Hospital

️ Interview : Face-to-face in Bangalore, India – November 2025

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive interoperability initiatives and system integration projects across healthcare platforms.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable interoperability solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective data exchange solutions.
  • Manage and mentor technical teams to achieve project goals.

Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Data Science , Statistics , Mathematics

    • Experience Requirements :

  • 9+ years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) .
  • 8+ years of experience in systems integration and interoperability .
  • 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role within healthcare IT.

    • Mandatory Certifications (any one of the following) :

  • HL7 v2 Control Specialist Certification
  • HL7 FHIR Proficiency Certificate
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems ( CPHIMS )
  • Project Management Professional ( PMP )
  • IHE Technical Framework Certification
  • HIMSS Certified Health Data Analyst ( CHDA )
  • Cloud Integration Certification ( AWS / Azure / GCP )
  • Enterprise Architecture Certification
