Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Rohtak district. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. This involves posting job ads, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. The Recruiter will also manage candidate databases, maintain relationships with potential recruits, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage candidate databases and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools
• Understanding of employment law and hiring best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with the software and IT industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
