Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or executive search.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end search mandates, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver candidate insights.
You’ll combine research, assessment, and consultative skills to help our clients secure leaders aligned not only by credentials, but also by cultural fit and long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and define success profiles.
- Conduct market mapping and targeted research across industries and functions.
- Identify, engage, and assess senior talent using a psychology-driven, consultative approach.
- Present candidate shortlists with in-depth evaluation on skills, fit, and potential.
- Manage client and candidate communications throughout the lifecycle of each search.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine research and assessment methodologies.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory.Proven ability to manage full-cycle search assignments independently.Experience with mid and senior roles in tech and finance (CXO is a plus).Strong research and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to evaluate not just credentials, but also leadership potential and cultural fit.Graduate degree required; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.What We Offer
