In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, leading audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and establish quality goals.Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing quality processes.Identify and address quality issues and risks in a timely manner.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.Professional & Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable insights.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Additional Information :
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium.A 15 years full-time education is required.Skills Required
