Job Description : Senior executive / Lead-Risk Underwriting

Role Purpose :

We are hiring for the role of Senior Executive / AM. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Risk Function at Pine Labs

In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by demonstrating strong performance in the following areas :

1. Keeps abreast of fraud / chargeback trends and other risk issues impacting the Payment Systems. Ensures that Pine Labs leads the curve in identifying and preventing new fraud patterns. Identifies proactive action plans to improve efficiency and reduces time to detect new fraud Modus Operandi.

2. Delivers significant business impacts and continuous improvement to quality, productivity and experience. Works with Analytics, Product and Tech teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for the investigation tool sets. Consistently demonstrates timely delivery of projects on roadmap to support the department vision.

The responsibilities we entrust you with

• Relevant industry experience across Operations, Risk, Fraud investigations etc.
• Proven experience across the domain of Risk management & Fraud and underwriting
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Team player; ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Bachelor degree is required to apply for this position
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, SQL

What matters in this role

Relevant work experience :

This experience should preferably contain one (or more) years of People Management, as well three (or more) years in the Fraud or Financial risk management domain. This role requires the candidate to possess the ability to conduct excellent deep dives and function in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment in order to come up with in-depth understanding of fraud MOs, impacts on merchant journey across various products and devise mitigation strategies

Years of work experience :

The ideal candidate should have five or more years of operations experience.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree or equivalent, Certifications in risk management would be added advantage.
